By now you must be wondering what happened to that bentup frame I had; well, while Aad and me were working on the other parts our friend Ronnie Breuer cut up the old frame and is modifying it according to my drawings. Actually the only parts remaining are the oval tapered bits that I love so much....

 
 
 

To extend the oval tapered front downtubes, Ronnie put some round tubing under the press to make it oval and then pie-cut them to give them the correct taper. The neck, lower frametubes and rear frame are built from scratch. And this time straight!

 
 

The aluminum part in the last pictures is the part that attaches the rear diff and brake to the frame; Ronnie made this from a solid lump of aluminum using a manual milling machine.
