When all the welding was finished, Fred took the bike apart for painting, powdercoating and polishing. When that was done, it was time for the final assembly. Check out the brakecylinder and reservoir between the frame, this way the front discbrake can be cable-operated and Fred can keep his handlebars clean looking.

The engine is a 1979 Shovelhead, fred has split the rockerboxes and fitted external copper oillines for that classic look. The 1979 4-speed gearbox has been converted to hydraulic clutch.
