Odgie's BSA

Hi Duckman, just sending you some more photos of another bike
I built
(you have my BSA Bobber photos on your site already). This bike
uses a
1949 James frame, stretched 4 inches to take the BSA Sunbeam
scooter
engine, a 250cc four-stroke twin (originally fan-cooled - hence
the
outside flywheel with the blades machined off). I handmade most
of the
parts - tank, mudguards, fishtails all hammered from sheet,
inlet
manifold made from old handlebar, exhaust manifolds made from
old
inlets, gear lever hacksawed from plate, you know the score....
It
goes well (but don't stop worth a damn....)
Best regards
Odgie :-)
