Turbocharged Shovels

Back in the 80's various people experimented with turbochargers on
their Shovels. Weak points were the head gaskets and the exhaust
gaskets of the Shovels. Back then people welded an extra exhaust
bolt flange to each head, now you can buy STD Shovelheads
that are already fitted with 3 exhaust bolts per head!

Another problem back then was the availability of small enough
turbochargers, nowadays the junkyards are full of 'em!
Use the same carb you already have with slightly smaller jets,
use a cam without too much duration and burn rubber ;-)
