At the show in Vegas we met Rick Krost of U.S. choppers. We
really liked his Indian boardtracker that ended up winning a shared
10th place in the World Championships. Rick invited us over to
visit his shop in Santa Ana. I took some pictures of the board
tracker that you can find in the coolest
bikes section of www.dbbp.com this week.
Rick had some very interesting projects in the works, and really
cool old parts all over the place. One of the bikes he was building
used a Knucklehead engine in a VL frame, with modern mid controls.
I can't wait to see this bike finished!
