I made a bracket for the taillight that will also reinforce the frame a bit, Aad welded it in place for me. I rounded the seat bracket using beltsander and a file. We drilled a lot of holes for the wiring through the frame, Aad used his dentist kit to remove all the sharp edges in those hard-to-reach places.

I pulled wires from the MIG welder through the frame so I will be able to pull the electrical wiring through later, and then Aad welded the temporary holes shut again. I made some battery box brackets and Aad welded these in too. I put bolts in all the threaded holes, removed the neck bearing cups and brought the frame to the powdercoater. To be continued...
