After installing the homemade internal hydraulic leftside twistbrake and brakeline all the welds were smoothed and Aad did his polishing magic. It was a lot of work but will result in super clean handlebars, with the brakeline through the left riser and in to the left forkleg... The brakereservoir I will make as small as possible or hide it in the stem of the mirror for example.

While we were doing this, all the way on the far side of Germany, near the Tjech border, Fred Flitzefuss was working on modifying the gastanks. The mission was to narrow the rear of the tank by an inch on each side, notch the right side for the rear cylinder head and in general make all the gaps between tank and frame nice and even. Also I wanted to get rid of the big gap between the tankhalves and the uneven height of the 2 tanks. The dashboard will be replaced by one of my own design. The dragbar on the next pic was just used for temporary so we could work on the actual handlebars.

As I write this I have picked up the bike already, but before showing the end result of the tanks next week I want to show some of the work Fred put in to them
