While we have been focusing on Aad's knucklehead (Cadbike 58) there has not been a lot of time left for my own Panhead project. This was also caused by the fact that I had a hard time designing a sissybar that would work well together with the style of the tank and dash. After many discarded designs and changes, this is what I came up with... The whole thing was 5-axis CNC machined from a large slab of 6061 aluminium. There is a removable part that will stay mounted to the fender, so that the sissybar can be easily removed. I have included a hidden wiring channel from the taillight behind the license plate down to the fender.

So last week we spent an afternoon in my workshop instead of Aad's to get the sissybar mounted. It turned out that the mounting holes on the frame were not exactly in the right position so Aad welded them shut and we drilled and tapped new holes in the right position. We also narrowed the rear fender to make it about 10 mm narrower than the tire on each side.
This gives a very different look that I really like, and when it rains I get wet anyway, haha

Next will be a shifter in the same style and then the footcontrols...
