Once the sides were welded in, Aad cut out a section on the back to mount the taillight and I cut him another template for the rearend. After that it was just welding and grinding and welding and grinding... The bottom panel is removable for access to the battery and wiring. The rearend is being painted and upholstered now and the owner is on vacation but he promised to send some pics when it is finished and mounted on the bike.
