The 5-speed gearbox was finished off with a homemade coverplate that serves as a mounting point for the beltplate. Below are some pictures of the stainless pipes we built, starting with CAD drawings as usual. We made a handy little clamp that was usefull for cutting the welding bends under the correct angle, and also was used for welding, grinding and polishing.

To build the 2 in 1 piece I designed a special tool, Aad made a few modifications on the design and now we have a great setup to make these pieces in stainless in less than 5 minutes! ( not including the polishing ofcourse) We gave some demonstrations of this at the Bigtwin Bike Expo a few weeks ago, forgot to take pics though....
