Aad built most of the second manifold live at the Bigtwin Bikeshow, back home we made some mounting bungs to support the Stromberg 97 carbs. The bungs needed to be welded to the crankcase, which is one of the reasons I have not put the internal parts back in yet. When the other side is also welded, the crankcases will be gritblasted to give the new mounting points the same structure as the cast parts, then all will be glassbeaded, and then after a LOT of cleaning, final assembly of the engine can start.
