I was first planning to just do a few upgrades on the old Cadbike #1, but the new parts looked so much better than the old parts that I decided to just strip the whole thing and build it up from the ground again....

The more parts I took off, the more things I found that needed some love. Next job will be to weld up all the unused holes in the frame, clean up the welds a bit, reinforce the neck and get it ready for powdercoating. The wheels will also get new powdercoating and the tank & fender will go off to paint.

Ah, and I must also fabricate a new seatpan before sending the frame to the powdercoater. I machined some aluminum covers for the neck bearings so they can stay in when sandblasting and powdercoating.
