Project started October 2023,

We continue with the seating area. For the part where the seatpost meets the seat triangle we fabricated some brackets to resemble the style of the stock castings. But cleaner ofcourse.

 
 
 

We used a long threaded bar to check if the frame was still straight after all the welding, then continued with cleaning up all the welds.

 
 
 

After many hours of grinding, filing and sanding the frame was looking pretty good, so we took it outside in the sun to take some pictures.

 
 
 
 

Next will be a top motormount and then the swingarm.
