October 2023,
Aad hammered out the left side of the oiltank, same procedure
as the right side. We spent a bit of time reshaping the cutout
for the shifter clock, actually the left side looks better
than the right side now...

We made a paper template for the top, but
before we work on that we will make an edge from 8 mm roundbar
between the sides and the bottom of the oiltank, just like on
the fueltank. |
Making the roundbar edge takes a lot of
time but in the end we think it is worth it. |
On the right side there will be stock style
hard oillines, filler opening will be on the left side. The
plan is to hide the oilfilter under the transmission, still
a lot of work to do! |
